    How fast will you respond?
    Phone: immediately during business hours, next morning for voicemails. Email: within 24 hours during business days. Walk-ins: immediate.
    Do I need an appointment?
    No — we're walk-in only. Just drop by during business hours (Mon-Fri 2-9pm, Sat 1-5pm) with your device. The 10-minute diagnostic is free, no commitment.
    Can I get a quote over the phone or email?
    For some repairs, yes — like "how much for a MacBook battery?" or "what's a typical screen replacement?" For most repairs we need to see the device first. The diagnostic is what tells us what's actually broken, which determines the actual price. We give you a written quote before any work.
    Where exactly is your shop?
    40 E 1300 South #2 in Salt Lake City, in the Liberty Wells neighborhood. We're right next to Thirst Drinks, just east of State Street. Free parking out front. If you're driving from Sugar House, head west on 1300 South. From Murray, head north on State Street. See full directions from your neighborhood.
    Do you do on-site visits or pickup/delivery?
    No — we're in-shop only. Our equipment doesn't travel. Bring your device to us and we'll take care of it.

    Is there a way to track my repair without calling?
    Yes — every repair gets a ticket number. You can check status online at our repair tracker, with photos and status updates. You'll also receive SMS notifications at major stages (received, diagnosed, ready for pickup).
